Bees' benefits for the well-being of pets.

On September 19, from 12:00 to 14:00, the Ventspils Seaside Open-Air Museum (Riņķa Street 2) will host a discussion on beekeeping and the benefits of bee products for enhancing dog health and immunity. The session will be led by veterinarian and bee health expert M.Vet. Ineta Eglīte. While honey and bee products have traditionally supported human health, their application in animal care is gaining traction.

Ineta Eglīte, with over 20 years of experience in the Latvian Beekeeping Society, will share insights on the properties of bee products and their appropriate use for dogs. She has extensive experience advising beekeepers on health, product production, and veterinary hygiene, as well as promoting the health benefits of bee products for both humans and animals.
