The day included a visit to the Honey Interpretation Center and practical experience at a family-run wax lamination business. Participants toured the museum in the morning, gaining insights into the evolution of beekeeping and its historical significance in the Sanabria and Carballeda regions. After a lunch break in Cional, the group proceeded to the wax lamination facility in Sagallos, where they learned how wax blocks from hives are transformed into sheets.
