Belarus Launches Extensive Digital Resource for Tree Beekeeping

Belarus has launched "The Great Tree Beekeeping Library," a digital resource focused on the history and culture of tree beekeeping. This initiative aims to benefit beekeeping enthusiasts and researchers of Belarusian history, as reported by "Smartpress."

The library consolidates various historical, ethnographic, legal, and scientific sources that were previously dispersed across multiple formats. At its inception, it included 218 sources, amounting to approximately 27,400 pages, with an analytical index of around 1,200 pages and over 334,000 words. An additional 1,000 sources are pending processing, and materials are available in Belarusian, Russian, Polish, Ukrainian, and English.
