The team responsible for pollination

Pollinators are essential for human survival, playing a critical role in food production. These insects, including bees, wasps, and butterflies, provide services valued between $195 billion and $577 billion annually, as they naturally pollinate crops, eliminating the need for costly manual pollination. Farmers often introduce beehives to their fields to enhance crop yields, as pollinators are vital for fertilizing flowers, which in turn produce food. The U.S. Natural Resources Conservation Service states that 75% of flowering plants and 35% of food crops rely on animal pollination, while crops like wheat and corn depend on wind. Our food supply heavily relies on these insects, yet modern agricultural practices often harm them, threatening our food security.
