The Sicilian Beekeepers Association has awarded the Black Sicilian Bee Honey from the Madonie region. Floriana Di Garbo stated, “We continue to invest in responsible and sustainable production choices, away from industrial logic.” The Organic Millefiori Honey from Bergi has been recognized among Sicily's beekeeping excellence at the fifth edition of the Great Sicilian Millefiori Honey Competition, organized by ARAS with the support of the Regional Cultural Heritage Department. This year’s competition was notable, featuring 71 honeys from across Sicily, highlighting the sector's vitality and the island's biodiversity. The jury, made up of members from the National Register of Honey Sensory Analysis Experts, conducted blind tastings to reward honeys that best showcased quality, purity, and territorial identity.
