ARDAHAN - The Apitherapy Workshop for the Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia Region commenced on October 1 at Ardahan University’s Yenisey Campus and will run until October 3. The workshop aims to integrate regional beekeeping production with the health applications of bee products and apitherapy. Dr. Süleyman Basa, President of the Turkish Internet Media Union (TİMBİR), also attended the event. Keynote speakers included Prof. Dr. Mehmet Rüştü Karaman, President of IBCAP, Ardahan Beekeepers Union President İlhan Evliyaoğlu, M. Güray Değerli from Ankara University Technopolis, Ardahan Provincial Director of Agriculture and Forestry Harun Akıllı, and Ardahan University Rector Prof. Dr. Öztürk Emiroğlu. The program featured a demonstration highlighting Ardahan's beekeeping potential.
