In Kursk region, a beekeeper has won a court case against a local entrepreneur, receiving approximately 9 million rubles in damages for the death of his bee colonies. The Cheremisinovsky District Court ruled in favor of the beekeeper, who operates a migratory apiary, after his bees died from pesticide poisoning following rapeseed field treatments in June 2025 near the village of Nikitskoye. The pesticides used were classified as highly toxic.
