Today in Salalah, the Honey and Turmeric Exhibition was inaugurated, organized by the General Directorate of Agricultural, Fisheries, and Water Resources in Dhofar Governorate, running until August 31, 2026. The exhibition aims to showcase local products and their quality, support honey producers and farmers, and market their products to enhance local production and food security, as well as to introduce the finest Omani honey varieties.

Sixteen participants from honey producers and farmers are involved, featuring a variety of honey products distinctive to Dhofar, including Luban and Soghot honey, alongside other honey types and locally grown turmeric from the Dhofar mountains.
