Latife Gül Kaplan, 22, living in Kozan district of Adana, chose beekeeping as her profession after graduating from university, continuing a childhood passion. She developed the trade learned from her father with education and support, increasing her hives from 250 to 1000.

A graduate of the Plant Protection Department, Kaplan produces by moving to regions with suitable climate and vegetation for bees throughout the year. Her beekeeping activities start in Adana and extend to various cities across Turkey.
