The need for more precise monitoring of each hive's routine led beekeeper and technology developer Guilherme Sjlender from Carazinho (RS) to create MeliBee, a digital platform for apiary management. The project originated from the practical demand of the producer himself, seeking better control over production, management, and hive history. Alongside his brother Rodrigo Sjlender, who now manages the company, and technical specialist Luís Cesar de Souza, Guilherme turned the idea into a business gaining traction among beekeepers and meliponiculturists.
