The 13th National Beekeeping Fair with international participation will take place on February 13 and 14 in Hall 2 of the Belgrade Fair, announced by the Association of Beekeeping Organizations of Serbia (SPOS). This event is significant for Serbia's beekeeping sector, gathering beekeepers from Serbia and abroad to exchange knowledge and experiences.

The first day will focus on expert lectures, emphasizing the control of Varroa destructor, a parasitic mite threatening bee health. The main theme will be resistance to Varroa and sustainable practical solutions. Professor Emeritus Steven Martin from the University of Salford, UK, will present on modern Varroa control methods, providing insights into current trends and challenges faced by beekeepers.
