Active beekeepers can submit their declarations of occupied hives and applications for financial support under the 2026 Support Program for Small Aegean Islands in Beekeeping until October 20, 2026. This process is managed by the Agricultural Production Department of the Primary Sector Directorate of the Dodecanese, South Aegean Region, following Ministry of Rural Development and Food decisions.

All active beekeepers must submit their hive occupancy declarations either via the GOV.gr digital platform or at the Dodecanese Beekeeping Center. Along with this declaration, they must also apply for financial aid.
