The 41st honey fair in Aiguilhe, held this Sunday, awarded several beekeepers for the quality of their products. About twenty beekeepers participated, each presenting samples in four categories: mountain, fir, flowers, and nougat.

Judges tasted the products and ranked them. In the nougat category, Patrice Ménard took first place, followed by Mr. Marchand. For amateur liquid honey, Marina Boncompain was first, followed by Guy Gibelin and CIVAM. In mountain wildflower liquid honey, Florent Gueyffier won first place, with Jean-Marc Hanen second and Hervé Braud third. Nicolas Mahoudeau was first for fir honey. Finally, for frozen mountain honey, Patrice Vue took first place, followed by Olivier Celle.
