Teams from four Embrapa units participated in the Sertão Rural Show 2026, held from September 17 to 19 at the Isaías Vieira Rêgo Exhibition Park in Santana do Ipanema, Alagoas. The sixth edition of the event featured activities related to agriculture and livestock, including lectures, workshops, animal exhibitions, and technology displays. Embrapa's technical program focused on forage production, ruminant feeding, beekeeping, and meliponiculture. Embrapa Tabuleiros Costeiros (Aracaju, SE), Embrapa Semiárido (Petrolina, PE), Embrapa Gado de Leite (Juiz de Fora, MG), and Embrapa Alimentos e Territórios (Maceió, AL) participated through technical lectures and technology stands, providing information on technological solutions and research results. The technology area and lectures attracted hundreds of visitors, including producers, technicians, and students.
