In the Slavsko community, preparations are underway for a rise in tourists following the planned 2027 opening of the GORO Mountain Resort. While the investor builds large-scale tourist infrastructure, local entrepreneurs are developing their own offers to introduce visitors to the Boyko region, including blacksmith workshops, an ethnographic museum, and tastings of honey and bread made from traditional family recipes. The Slavsko village council and GORO launched the grant and training program "Own Business" to help locals turn ideas and hobbies into real projects related to culture, crafts, gastronomy, and tourism services.
