The San García Neighborhood Platform has alerted the public via social media about an Asian hornet nest found near the hospital and Caetaria school in Algeciras. A local resident sent a video showing the nest's location close to these facilities.

The platform urges caution for anyone passing through the area, especially families of the school. They advise against approaching, removing, burning, or throwing objects at the nest, and recommend avoiding loud noises, vibrations, or sudden movements nearby. Children and pets should be kept away.
