In Krasnoyarsk, the sale price of municipal property – a bee wintering shelter with a plot on Belovezhskaya Street – has been changed. This is the third attempt to privatize the object. The shelter is an insulated facility for bee wintering, located in the SNT "Veteran" near Ovinnoye and Bugachevo.
In November 2025, the 156 sq. m facility and the 1.2 thousand sq. m plot were put up for auction as a single lot for 1.7 million rubles, but no buyers were found. Now the starting price has been raised to 2.18 million rubles. An auction is planned soon, which may attract beekeepers or those interested in acquiring land in a promising area.
