Hasan Batmaz, a beekeeper with 10 years of experience in Şırnak, produces natural karakovan honey without feeding his bees sugar or using ready-made combs. He emphasizes his natural production approach with the motto "Let it be little, but genuine."

Spending summers in the plateaus of Şırnak and winters in Adana, Batmaz is known for his additive-free and sugar-free honey. He maintains his natural production principles to assure his customers.

Working with migratory beekeeping, Batmaz feeds his bees in Şırnak's rich flora during summer and continues his activities in Adana in winter. He does not feed sugar to his bees nor use ready combs in production.
