The Rural Development Administration held a joint research成果 sharing meeting today at Naju Cultural and Arts Center, marking the 47th National Beekeepers' Day. The event aimed to explore sustainable apiculture development strategies in response to challenges like shortened flowering periods of nectar plants, bee forage shortages, and bee disappearances caused by climate change.

Five institutions, including the National Institute of Agricultural Sciences, Animal and Plant Quarantine Agency, National Institute of Forest Science, Korea Meteorological Administration, and National Institute of Biological Resources, presented four years of collaborative research results to beekeepers.
