The Beekeepers Cooperative Association in the Gaza governorates held an important meeting with Mr. Mohammed Saleh, head of the Civil Society Organizations Network, to discuss the crises and challenges facing the beekeeping sector in Gaza after the devastating war, and ways to enhance cooperation with agricultural and international institutions to preserve this vital sector.

The meeting addressed the main problems faced by beekeepers, foremost among them the ongoing occupation restrictions and the long-standing ban on importing essential beekeeping supplies, especially foundation wax, which is a key element in bee work and production.
