In Muş, 1,000 new hives were provided to 100 producers to develop beekeeping and strengthen honey branding. Governor Avni Çakır stated that they aim for Muş Honey to be recognized by wider audiences within 3-5 years. Annual honey production in the city has reached 602 tons.

Under the “New Hives for Golden Wings Project,” aimed at improving beekeeping and reducing colony losses, 100 beekeepers received 10 new hives each, totaling 1,000 hives. The project has a budget of approximately 2 million Turkish Lira, funded 75% by the state and 25% by producers.
