ANSA Editorial Office AOSTA - October 13, 2026 - Supporting beekeeping also means protecting biodiversity and passing on knowledge and awareness of our environment's value to new generations, stated Speranza Girod, Regional Councillor for Natural Resources. She presented the 23rd edition of the Honey and Derivatives Festival, taking place in Châtillon from October 23 to 25.

Organized by the Municipality of Châtillon with the Valle d'Aosta Beekeeping Consortium Association, the festival is a well-established event for beekeepers, enthusiasts, and families. It offers a chance to meet producers, discover various local honey types, and highlight the work of beekeepers. The sector remains dynamic, attracting new enthusiasts of all ages.
