Hatice Orhan, 85, living in Çayıralan district of Yozgat, continues the five-generation beekeeping tradition by producing log hive honey. Using five log hives and natural methods, she maintains production despite high demand and wishes to pass the family trade to future generations.

Residing in Elçi village, Hatice has been involved with beekeeping since childhood. Previously managing dozens of hives, she reduced the number to five due to her age. She is pleased with the interest shown in the traditionally produced log hive honey.
