Old beehives and comb frames that have reached the end of their lifespan in apiaries are not mere waste. If not properly disposed of, they can spread bee diseases and pose wildfire risks if burned carelessly. Yongin City is offering free collection of beekeeping waste materials, including old hives and comb frames, to ease disposal burdens for beekeepers and prevent disease spread and environmental harm.
