Proposal for the establishment of a 'Beekeeping Institute' in Muğla

Muğla Deputy Lawyer Gizem Özcan stated that Muğla accounts for 74% of the world's pine honey production and submitted a bill to the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) for the establishment of a "Beekeeping and Honey Research and Development Institute." Özcan said, "The issues related to honey production should be eliminated."

CHP Muğla Deputy Lawyer Gizem Özcan emphasized that 92% of the world's pine honey production occurs in Turkey, and 80% of Turkey's pine honey production is carried out in Muğla, presenting the 'Bill on the Establishment of a Beekeeping and Honey Research and Development Institute' to the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM).
