Milking of Anzer honey has been completed

As the milking of Anzer honey, a world-renowned product with a geographical indication from Rize, has been completed, the harvested honey will be sent for analysis to be certified.

Production of Anzer honey, which comes from over 400 flower species, 40 of which are endemic, at an altitude of 2,300 meters in Anzer Plateau has been completed.

The harvested honey will be sent to Hacettepe University for analysis to determine whether it is genuine Anzer honey. After the filling of the honey confirmed to be genuine Anzer honey, the first batches of this season will be available for sale on the shelves.
