Support Increased Honey Yield in Bilecik

Young entrepreneur Mehmet Demirci enjoys beekeeping, which he inherited from his father.

With the grant support he received from the government, Demirci now owns 200 hives and produces more than 2.5 tons of honey annually. The 32-year-old entrepreneur, who took over the beekeeping business from his father, who has been in the industry for years in Bilecik, has expanded the business with government support to reach 200 hives, in addition to producing over 2.5 tons of honey and raising bees and bee products.
