Samurai bees released into nature in Trabzon, Ordu, and Giresun
Samurai bees produced in the laboratory of the Black Sea Agricultural Research Institute were released into nature in Trabzon, Ordu, and Giresun for biological control against the brown marmorated stink bug.
Trabzon Provincial Director of Agriculture and Forestry İsa Kaplan stated at the program in the Çimenli neighborhood of Ortahisar district that the Black Sea Research Institute produces 150,000 samurai bees annually.
