A group of 50 domestic tourists arriving from Istanbul to see the historical and natural beauties of Van harvested organic honey while wearing beekeeper suits.

The domestic tourists, who came to the city through a travel agency, first wore special clothing at a beekeeper's production site and then collected honey from the hives. The visitors, as guests at the home of Ömer Akbulak, who produces wild honey, had the opportunity to taste organic honey and see it on-site after enjoying some refreshments. The group members, dressed in beekeeper suits, harvested honey in the area where the hives were located and purchased the products they extracted from the hives.
