The harvest of black hive honey, which stands out with a more natural production method compared to artificial hives, has been completed.

Unlike artificial hives placed on the ground, black hives are suspended from the tops and branches of trees, several meters high, using ropes. They are harvested by being lowered from where they were placed once the bees' production season is over. The honey carefully extracted from the hives is filled into jars for sale. The price of black hive honey, determined according to the yield, is sold at an average of 2,500 TL per kilogram.
