Motorist Can't Leave Due to Bees on His Car

A motorist in Haarlem cannot get into his car for the moment. A swarm of bees has settled on the back of the vehicle.

The bees are on the trunk lid and the bumper. It is unclear why they have gathered there in such large numbers.

A beekeeper has placed most of the bees into a wooden box. He expects that the other bees will follow on their own once the queen is also in the box. Therefore, he has left the box in place. This does mean that the owner of the car cannot drive away just yet.
