The black seed production, which started in 2016 on 35 acres through the initiatives of agricultural engineer Serkan Sayın, has become widespread due to its ability to provide good income to producers as an alternative agricultural product. This plant, whose production area expands every year, has also become a new source of income for beekeepers in the district. It is expected that the production of black seed honey, which was around 2 tons last year in the district, will increase this year.
