Eskişehir Beekeeper Hakkı İşçi Wins First Place in International Competition

Eskişehir- Hakkı İşçi, who won first place in the "Pine Honey and Honeydew Honey" category at the honey competition held as part of the "8th International Muğla Beekeeping and Pine Honey Congress," visited Ender Muhammed Gümüş, the Provincial Director of Agriculture and Forestry of Eskişehir. During the visit, Gümüş stated that İşçi's success is a source of pride. Gümüş said, "The products brought from both domestic and international sources were subjected to comprehensive analyses at the Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University Food Analysis Laboratory, and our beekeeper received the highest score from the jury with honey that has a proline value of 1793 milligrams."
