Aksaray Ranks Second in Turkey for Disease-Free Operations

The Director of Aksaray Provincial Agriculture and Forestry, Nejdet Demir, announced that in 2024, Aksaray has secured the second place in Turkey with 126 disease-free operations. This significant achievement is regarded as a result of Aksaray's efforts to promote healthy and reliable production in the livestock sector. In his statement, Nejdet Demir said, "As of 2024, Aksaray has reached 126 disease-free operations, placing it second in Turkey. This is a result of the importance our farmers and livestock operations place on healthy production and the intensive inspection and information efforts we carry out as the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture."
