Intense Interest in Beekeeping Course

The Practical Beekeeping Course, which was opened for the first time across the province under the coordination of BAÇEM, affiliated with the Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality, received intense interest. The course, which brought together those interested in beekeeping from all over the country, is seen as an important step in developing the "Balıkesir Model" in agriculture. Starting on January 6 and continuing with theoretical and practical training until January 17, the course aims to increase the beekeeping potential in the province and train equipped beekeepers for the sector. With training provided by expert instructors in the field, participants will develop themselves through practical applications following the theoretical education.
