The Tekirdağ Metropolitan Municipality Agricultural Services Department organized a conference at Malkara Cultural Palace within the Beekeeping Development and Pollination Project. Prof. Dr. Muhsin Doğaroğlu informed participants about modern techniques in beekeeping.

In Mardin, a light commercial vehicle collided with a car near the Midyat-İdil highway. Fadıl Toprak (55), Diyar E. (28), Nesih A. (37), and Sabri T. (46) were injured. Health, fire, and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene. The injured were taken to Midyat State Hospital. Despite all interventions, Fadıl Toprak died. His body was taken to the morgue for autopsy. Nesih A.'s condition is critical. An investigation into the accident has been launched.
