Within the Pine Honey Tracking Project launched in Muğla, the first samples were collected, barcode labeling was completed, and the samples were delivered to the MUSKİ Laboratory for analysis. The project aims to provide digital traceability in pine honey and increase product reliability.

Funded by the Governorship Investment Monitoring and Coordination Presidency and implemented by the Provincial Directorate, the project started efforts to protect the quality of Muğla pine honey and secure the producers' labor. The first sample collection and barcode labeling were completed.

The project aims to digitally track the process of Muğla pine honey from production to consumer. This will raise product quality standards and ensure consumers access reliable products.
