At the first elective general assembly of the Bingöl Honey Producers Association, Bilal Salcı was re-elected as Chairman of the Board. Salcı stated that one of the association's primary tasks will be to announce the price of Bingöl Honey and that they will work to ensure producers receive fair compensation for their efforts.

Approved as a provisional establishment by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on May 10, 2026, the association held its first elective general assembly after a six-month preparation period at its center in Simani Neighborhood. Operating under Agricultural Producer Associations Law No. 5200, the association aims in the new term to increase the brand value of Bingöl Honey, develop the beekeeping sector, and enhance the economic strength of producers.
