Ukrainian Beekeepers Thrive with PX Farms Support in Cambridgeshire

Despite summer drought challenges, Honeybee Cambridge maintained strong yields through a unique business model on a Dry Drayton farm. The brand was founded by Ukrainian beekeepers Nataliia and Serhii Yartsev, who relocated from war-torn Kherson in 2022 and restarted their beekeeping in the UK.

After helping remove a swarm from friends' roof, the couple began breeding bees by dividing the swarm and purchasing three queens online. They currently manage 19 hives, moving them seasonally between Great Gransden and PX Farms in Dry Drayton, where the bees pollinate pesticide-free rapeseed and mustard fields.
