Teams from the Şırnak Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry conducted fieldwork in the beekeeping enterprises of Yeniaslanbaşar, Kaymakamçeşme, and Güneyçam villages to identify hived colonies. The Animal Health Branch personnel carried out the survey by visiting the beekeeping businesses in these three villages and determining the number of hived colonies.

During the visits, each enterprise’s hived colonies were counted and the data recorded. The collected information was entered into the Provincial Directorate’s records related to beekeeping activities.
