Kim Seong-nam, a member of the Gyeonggi Provincial Assembly, attended the '2026 Second Half Gyeonggi Province Beekeeping Industry and Bee Damage Task Force Meeting' held at the Gyeonggi Agricultural Research and Extension Services on the 21st. He reviewed current support projects for the beekeeping industry and responses to bee mortality, diseases, and pest damage.

The meeting included officials from the Gyeonggi Agricultural Research and Extension Services, Livestock Animal Welfare Bureau, Northern Animal Hygiene Testing Laboratory, and Gyeonggi Livestock Promotion Center. They shared this year's beekeeping support projects and research outcomes, and discussed cooperative measures to prevent bee damage.
