Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thanaset Thongsai Kliang from the Faculty of Agriculture at Narathiwat Rajanagarindra University (NRU) reported progress on a project to develop and expand production of emerald green honey from stingless bees. Funded by the Office of Research and Innovation Promotion for Regional Development (Public Organization), the project began by assisting impoverished households in the southern border area, leading to the discovery of distinctive green honey.
